Our clients wanted to retain the building’s striking period architecture while introducing bespoke design elements, premium materials, and state of the art functionality. The goal was to celebrate the property’s history while reimagining it as a stylish, practical home perfectly suited to modern family life.
Our approach combined meticulous craftsmanship with a deep respect for the building’s history. While every room underwent a full renovation, each decision was carefully considered to ensure the property’s heritage and architectural roots remained at the forefront.
The ground floor was reimagined into three distinct yet connected spaces: an open plan kitchen and dining area, a lounge centred around a marble fireplace. Bespoke materials and finishes flow throughout, creating a seamless balance between old and new.
All four bathrooms were completely redesigned, complemented by the addition of a sauna, wet room, and fully equipped gym. A dedicated cinema room with its own bar adds a layer of indulgence, echoing the luxury found across the home.
Original period details, including the heritage windows, were restored and repurposed, flooding the interiors with natural light while maintaining an authentic sense of history.
Statement finishes bring the space to life, crisp white cabinetry paired with natural wood accents adds warmth and texture, while sleek pendant lighting introduces a modern edge. The soft, neutral palette of the open plan living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, enhanced by marble effect worktops and subtle under cabinet lighting.
